very slack
Well, so much for this being my weight loss journal, its been a few weeks now - actually since before xmas that I have done anything, still watching the food i eat, but the whole depression thing has reared its ugly head again so I haven't even looked at the scales, too scared to see the results. Feeling very up and down at the moment, so have taken the decision to go on some herbal remedies to see how it goes. Its been a week now and it seems to be working, still have my bad times but hopefully all is improving, Rob is finding it hard because he doesn't really understand it and I tend to take out my frustrations on him, when its not really him i'm angry at. I'm just angry and fed up in general but i don't know why. But starting tomorrow we are back on the straight, walking and weighing. So best of luck to myself.

The Beginning
Well, this is it the start of my first blog. really not sure how this is all going to work and whether I'm going to be motivated enough to keep it up but i will try.
The first step is to make sure I actually follow my dietry plans and drink all that water.
I'm also going to have a go with acai berry powder, protein powder and some digestive aids to help with things - these should all be able to go into the morning smoothies i'll be making so here goes.
